    Default Concentric Circles

I have a block that has 3 concentric circles. I need to be able to scale the outermost circle at 3/4" intervals (that part is easy). But I also need the middle circle to offset copies at 3/4" as the outer circle scales.

I could do it with visibility states, but that seems counter productive since I need the outer circle to scale from 2 1/2" to 96". Is there a way to achieve this with dynamic properties?

Do you need the Middle circle to remain 3/4" form the Outer Circle or for there to be one, then two, then three, then four, then... circles when done?
And what is the Radius of the minimal Outer circle?
    And Innermost circle?

I need multiple mid circles when done, all circles maintaining a 3/4" spacing (see attached).

    Outer circle min radius = 2 1/2"

Drawing a goose egg here without using Vis States.
There is no Offset Action which is what you would need.

Yeah, that's where I was at. Just hoping there was another way to do this. Because I need the outer circle to vary between 2 1/2" and 96" I didn't want to use a visibility state. Thanks.
