I borked my CUI Editor Toolbar Preview

On the Customize tab of the CUI Editor, the Toolbar Preview only displays a partial toolbar. Please see the attached image. Can someone tell me what I need to change to repair the problem?

Try expanding the preview window (hover mouse over the border underneath the preview) or resizing the cui dialog.

I tried both prior to submitting the original question. Obviously, neither one worked.

Try resizing the toolbar then. Make it free floating, then hover over the edge and change how many rows it contains.

Nope. That didn't work either. A very short toolbar gets cut off (horizontally) halfway through the single row of icons. Longer toolbars get cut off halfway through the second row of icons. It's a puzzlement, Grasshopper.

I wonder if switching workspaces or profiles might help? <grasping at straw> Load a different base cui after you back up your current one. Try to determine if it the cui or program that is the problem.

O.K., now it's getting mysteriouser and mysteriouser. Not only does it occur in all profiles and all workspaces, it also occurs in ACA 2010! I took this to mean that my video driver was the culprit so I made sure I was running the Autodesk certified driver for my nVidia Quadro FX1800 card and it still is occurring. There appear to be no glitches in my system (at least none that I can find) and yet this is occurring in multiple applications.

Did you try changing the size of the Icons from small to large and then back in Options?

Did you try deleting the .mnr and let it rebuild?
