Summary: Loading of Mechanical Equipment families needs to be split out to two categories - one for air equipment and one for water equipment

Description: There are FAR too many families that all fall under the Mechanical Equipment category for loading into your project. This really should be split up and one easy way to split it up is by air equipment (HVAC etc) and water equipment (piping etc).
