Default Hide Reference planes/lines by workset or discipline

Summary: Make it possible to add Reference lines and planes to a discipline and/or workset

Description: If you can add reference lines / planes to a workset you can control visibility with filters or worksets.
Now all reference planes are on and can only be contained by scope boxes.
In a multidiscipline model I would like to be able to turn reference lines and planes of other disciplines off.
Now I can only hide them in each view separately

Good idea. Plus one from me. Is this possible yet in 2017 or beyond?
