Default Retain workset association when copying elements to another location.

Summary: Copy multiple elements and retain their assigned workset.

Description: When I copy a set of items, (Columns and Footing), I would like for each of them to remain in the same workset where they reside and not move to my current workset that I am on. Thanks.
