Summary: Pipe Profile Component Hatch to back

Description: Currently the hatch is drawn above the Pipe profile linework. I see this has been an issue all along but didn't really noticed the problem until today. If I put a outside to outside solid hatch in the pipe, the inner walls are not shown because the hatch is drawn above the inner wall lines. Also the hatch is drawing over the inside 1/2 of the outer wall line thickness because of the draw order being incorrect.

This is still broken. I hate Civil 3D.

I don't use a hatch for that very reason. What I do is have my pipe centerline line, draw to outer walls in the settings. I have had no problems in 2015 with this method. My pipe has a nice solid line along the pipe, and I use a dashed line type with a transparency for my centerline.
