    Default Printing

I have been using AutoCad for some 25 years without any significants problems. I use AutoCad 2000 with Windows 7. I can print just fine when I log into Windows 7 as an Administrator. Howver, when I log into Windows as another user and then try to print I get the message"Memory Allocation Error" and can't print.

Is there anything I can do to be able to print under my ordinary user name?

    Thanks.

Bearing in mind that that combination of acad version and OS is officially unsupported, and noting in passing that Adesk products have historically had 'issues' running under non-administrative accounts, there's a workaround. As well, Adesk has zero interest in keeping older versions running - to keep revenues up they have to do what they can to make them not work

Download the current version of TrueView from Autodesk, and use that to plot. It is supported with Win7, and should run happily in that role.

It's possible that someone else, somewhere, is running Acad2K & Win7, and may have another suggestion, but that combination is uncommon.....
