Summary: Command naming alignment & Discipline Manager

Description: Architectural Tools should appear only in the Architecture Tab, Structural Tools should appear only in the Structure Tab. Architectural Walls, Structural Walls, Architectural Floors, Structural Floors should to be distinct categories that can be checked / unchecked in the View/Graphics Override and Object Style to easily filter / view / work / share (exactly as Architectural Columns and Structural Columns). Sometimes users need to see just only architectural elements, sometimes they need to see just only structural elements (same for the other disciplines). Often, in architectural project, we have to present views to show only structural elements. In these situations would be useful to filter the view by structure discipline to show only structural elements (to apply a filter by a user parameter could be very time consuming). Discipline settings should be done by user - maybe a new Discipline Setting Panel in View Tab.

Discipline Setting Panel (or Discipline Manager Panel) should look and work similarly as V/G Override. User can control visibility (check / uncheck) and override all discipline (architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, coordination etc.). Also, user must have the possibility to create new discipline (civil, landscape, rchitecture+structure, construction etc.).

I think this panel would really help everyone involved in a project (from civil engineers to architects and consultants).
