MEP command panels disappeared

I'm not exacly sure what I did, but all the panel across the top of my screen have disappeared and I can't get them back. I have tried to repair the installation, re-installed the program, search the help section and have no answer. Anyone have an idea?

I assume you are talking about the Ribbon tabs. Try typing RIBBON at the Command: prompt, and see if that brings it back.

If that does not work, your CUI file may have been corrupted. Did you make any customizations to the CUI file? If not, you might try restoring or resetting it in the CUI editor, on the Customize tab, by right clicking on the CUI file and choosing restoring or resetting that file. Do the restore first, it will use the backup file (which should get you back to what you had just before the last change). Reset will put the CUI file back to the out-of-the-box condition, and is only available for CUI files that came with the program (so far as I know).

Restoring the CUI file didn't work but the RIBBON command did the trick! Thank You!
