    Default 208V Single Phase Load

It all looks good when I add to a panel only its a 500VA load divided over two poles. When I add the device to the panel it puts all 500VA on one phase leg and sets the other to zero. How do I get this to divide between the two phase legs?

Edit the Family and select the electrical connector. On the properites change the load to power - balanced.
