Keyboard Shortcut for Arc

I'm trying to assign a keyboard shortcut to "Start-End-Radius-Arc". I've assigned 1, 2, or 3-letter shortcuts to the command in KS, but none work. Is this because it's contextual? Are those unshortcutable? Are they also unquickaccesstoolbarrable?

I can't see how to apply a shortcut specifically to that command. DL will get you to the interface tab needed.

Those custom shortcuts only work in the family editor and when doing sketch lines. It's rediculous that there is no shortcut to just draw a circle!!!! DL is the best we have!!!
