Sheet Set Manager "recent"

i have a delema concerning sheet sets.
at the company i work at we are using civil 3d 2009 and i use the C3D land desktop companion version and use the sheet set option when large projects are involved.
Question is there a way or how do i clear the recent list under the sheet set manager..
i ask because as soon as i look at my recent list it will display the list in my files recent list.

is there a way to stop this?

please help.
