Icon Menu not loading

Ok, I'm fairly new to AutoCad Electrical. Can anyone tell me why my Icon Menu is not loading when I click on it. It works fine under the Schematics Tab, but not at all under the Panel Tab. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

FYI: Figured out why it wasn't loading...it was a network issue. I simply shut down AutoCad Electrical and then started it back up again. Hope that helps anyone else out there...
