Draw a closed polyline of a square, copy and rotate it to the deired angle, move this new polyline up in the Z plane; Set the system variables of Ruletab1 & 2 to a higher level than default to say 128 for each; Then use the Rulesurf command on the exploded polylines. Also Solidify commands are available, but both methods produce varying accuracy on the curves produced. I think that Nurbs algorithums really didn't apply to pre 2006. Post 2006 the new Loft command.

i tried as you suggested and made twisted object. but this is not solid. if i can make soild like as attached here it will be good to know its "massprop".
i also tried to use utility to make mashes to solid but that is keeping object open from ends.

The other command mentioned, "LOFT", will create a 3D solid object.

Create a rulesurf for the top & bottom, then use your utility, or try the "Solidify" command.

It's allot easier to do this in 2007 upwards with the Loft command though, What release are you working with?

why not just draw a rectangle the size you want and then draw a helix the size and twist you want and sweep the rec.along its path?

Wrong forum. Loft did not exist in 2006 and earlier.

Can you demonstrate how to make a Helix and Sweep in AutoCAD 2006 or earlier. This forum is for earlier releases of AutoCAD. Helix and Sweep command were added in 2007. I think this information was provided early on in this thread.
