One way to do it is as a model in place wall, with the Blend tool.

Thank you for your quick respone Alfredo.the trapezoid shape is only in plan. So basically if I make two same shapes with different Z and then use the blend tool, will it work the same?

Yes.

Another solution, if the trapezoid shape is only in plan, is to cut a regular wall with model in-place void extrusions at the ends of the wall, cutting the wall with Cut Geometry before finishing the Edit in place.
