That renamer tool is pretty sweet. I could use it on my mp3 files as well!

    Cyriousn,

It might be the Periods in your sheet names that are causing your PDF printer to only print the first sheet of the selected sheets.

Try renaming a couple sheets with Dashes instead of the periods and print the PDF's again as a test.

I'll have to give it a try tomorrow but it really doesn't solve our problem. NYC DOB sheet number formatting requires the dots. M100.00 etc...

One of my favorite finds over the years.

Not to get too off-topic, but, there is a long list of must-have apps that was published by CADalyst awhile back... 100 Fabulous Freebies. It's definitely worth a peek.

Just thought id share my PDF views....
We dumped Cute PDF for batch printing reasons,

Then went with a cheap to buy PDF Exchange, which is great,
In the Printer Preferences, turn off the 'Save As' Box
Batch printing in Revit works great (as we append out drawing numbers with the project number, we can add that in the Revit Path)
Can do separate files (which we use) or multiple page

and as above, we sometimes need renamer which is brilliant, and in minutes with no trouble have lots of batch printed pdfs, all named correctly.

FYI, I'm not sure on printing from 2013, but I've seen that they changed the way exported files are named. No more spaces. Everything is bunched together. Which sucks for trying to use a renaming tool.

I'm a big fan of Bluebeam, for more than just PDF printing, and it handles batch PDF file names however you want. From what I gather, it's not a cheap option compared to others though.
