Default 2013 available through subscription, but unable to install

So this morning I stumbled upon the new 2013 download through subscription centre, halfway through installation it fails. Has anyone else tried installation yet? Normally versions aren't released until mid April, but if we're not supposed to have it why is it available to download?

Downloaded, installed and licensed Revit Architecture 2013 yesterday with no problems, got an email today saying it was available from the Subscription Centre so obviously we are allowed to know about it.

Takes a while to install and does sit at a point halfway through installation for a while but eventually continues - did you actually get an error message/installation program shut-down?

The downloads are quite large so it could be as simple as bandwidth "dropping out" and failing to completely download the file without corruption. The subscription site seems to be a bit out of sync with the general announcement that the software is now available. Technically everything is released now but it may take some time for their sites to reflect that "reality".

    Thanks for the replies guys.

Yeah, it downloaded fine, but got an error message on installation. I'll have another go and see what happens (will take more notice of the error message this time too!)

Just a quick update: All good now. I re-downloaded and installed. Must've been a corrupt download

I got the e-mail stating that the download is available but all the links in the email and on my subscription page only show 2012 downloads... did they take the site down for some reason?

I believe that's the case. There's a message on their downloads page:

Attn Subscription Customers: Currently some of the 2013 products may not be available for immediate download. We are currently working on the issue and will resolve it ASAP. Please check back for further updates.

yeah, stalls at the half way point here too. The files downloaded without a hitch. It just won't install. Used windows task manager to stop the setup twice now. What gives? Let it sit for a few hours to see if it finally finishes?

The size of the program install file is getting ridiculous. Surely there has to be a better way.

Something like 3.0 GB on the last version I saw.
