i7 2670QM Laptop

I would appreciate advise on which laptop to buy.
I have recently broken my foot and will be on crutches for 6-8 weeks, hence the need for a laptop (my old one is Toshiba 1GB Ram, 40GB HD, 17" screen, Pentium 4) which is useless.
Used for CAD (Building Design Suite Premium 2012) and rendering (3dmax, Octane and maxwell)
They all have same processor (i7 2670QM)
1. Dell 17.3" HD+ WLED (1600x900) Screen, 8GB 1333 MHz DDR3 SDRAM, 750GB 7200RPM SATA, Nvdia GT525M, 1GB (Quad Core) $1053 (AUD)
2. Dell 17.3" HD+ WLED TL (1600x900) Screen, 8GB 1333 MHz DDR3 SDRAM, 1.5TB 7200RPM SATA, Nvdia GT555M, 3GB with Optimus $1364 (AUD)
3. ASUS 15.6" LED HD (1366x76 Screen, 16GB DDR3, 1 TB 5400 RPM, Nvdia GT630M, 2GB DDR3 $1299 (AUD)

I am leaning towards Option 2 (larger screen, HD and 3GB Video), however Option 3 does have more ram

My Dell M6500 rocks and it has essentially the same hardware you're describing. I can ONLY recommend getting Nvidia's Quadro with CUDA series cards. the GT's are for gaming. Screen resolution plays a bigger role to me than just about everything else...except RAM. 16gb Minimum, no question. My 8 doesn't get it done for Revit + Max. Everything you have listed is a winner regardless.
