Room Schedule not updating

I have a room schedule, using the Revit out of the box room number.
It is not showing rooms not placed or duplicate rooms in the project.
I have to run another schedule in order to see those rooms. See attached snapshot.
Whay is this happening? Why is my original schedule not updating.
I think this may be a 2014 issue???

I haven't opened your docx file (virus anyone?). I suggest you use PDF next time.

Are these Rooms or Spaces? If Revit is telling you that the room (/Space TYP) is not placed, that means the room was created & then deleted or created in the schedule but not place in the model. It is not a Revit version issue. There are two key things to look for when you're having issues like this, and both of them are in the Area column. If it says not placed, then the room is available in your project but not placed. If it says, not enclosed, then the room is placed in the model, but is not being bounded by appropriate geometry (Walls, Room Separation Lines).
