Exclamation Warning Message? shortcuts invalid and ignored

One of my draftsman's AutoCAD C3D pops up this message on startup. All computers (6) are useing the same profile but his is the only one that pops this message. Any Idea?

Sure that path is correct on his machine? Make sure the drive letter "J" and well as "main (O)" are labeled correctly on his machine.

Look in the J:\cadd\FONTS folder for a shortcut, and get rid of it.

Looks like he is losing his network drive mapping(s).
