Panelboard Name Tag - How to underline

I would like my Panelboard Name Tags to be underlined. I cannot figure out how to do this with the label curve. I tried to get a device tag to work, but the panel is not a device and I could not get that to work either.

If you edit the tag, select the label, edit the label type. In the Text section of the parameters there is an underline check box.
