Default Changing circuits, wires don't update

I have to do some re-circuiting of my lights. When I edit the circuit of some lights, the wires connected to the lights do not update to the new circuit. So the home-run arrows now show 2 circuits. I have even tried to delete all the wires are do both the automated wiring with TAB+select, Convert to Wires, or manually adding wires myself. In either case, some wires get updated and some don't. Some home-run wires loose their arrows because they loose the circuit.

Any way to update wires after changing circuits. Any specific way I should be doing the re-circuiting. My method was to select the items I needed to re-circuit, disconnect panel, edit circuit, remove from circuit, select panel. This would create a new circuit from the next available breaker as expected.

We have run into similar problems. Have you tried removing the wires that need to be deleted first, before editing the circuit and adding or removing lights? That has worked for us.
