Printing Addendum and Dates

We have issued a few addendums prior to bid. Now we are printing a construction set and want all the clouds on. I can get everything working, clouds and deltas all show, the addendums appear in the revisions column of the titleblock but the date is not appearing.

What would be the reason for everything but the date to print?

Looking at the sheet it shows up, it just won't print.

Nothing? This is really frustrating me. It prints on the first sheet I print but not the rest. Grrrrrrrrr! I am about to hand write them in.

Nevermind, printed to a pdf then printed the pdf and that worked. Baffled.
