On the 'Help' pulldown menu select 'Shortcut Quick Reference'. Lots of handy little tricks in there, as well as the ability to customize.

I know I am bring this post back from the dead, but I was pleased to find this shortcut tip, it still applies in Inventor 2012. The reference is "live", in that it instantly shows custom shortcuts the user creates
