    Default Reuse Expired USB Drive?

    Now that I have received my 2013 Autodesk software on its USB drive, I'd like to retire the USB drive which delivered last year's 2012 software and use its 32G capacity to store other files. However, the drive is write protected and has no physical switch to change its status. I can't even reformat it. Does anyone know how to change this?
