Default migrating to the new version

I'm about to install the update to Civil 3D 2013. I like my layout, the way I have my buttons and menus and ribbons and setting arranged. Is there a good, clean way to migrate my workspace? TIA

Check in the Civil3D area, there are many more active users over there. I would hate to give AutoCAD-centric advice and when it fails leave a bad impression about the software.
