Field.....field category, only two options left the rest are gone?

Hi Guys,
Does anyone know how to re-populate the contents in "Field Category" under the field dialogue box. Right now the only options that I have are just "AEC Project" and "All", the rest of the options are gone for some reasons. I did the repair and I'm avoiding reinstalling the application as much as I can help it. Any possible solutions? Thanks

If simply closing the application, and restarting your machine doesn't bring them back for you in a NEW empty drawing.
You are cooked, and will be doing a reinstallation, or a Fix Registry errors.
