My name Amit Verma & I'm a user of Revit MEP by almost 3 years, now I'm using Revit MEP 2012, But it heppen first time with me if i try to use reducer it will not work see the image.
please help me how to come out from this.

check your Revit.ini file, and make sure your path is correct to the lookup table for the reducer family. i don't remember the location, but you can search for other posts about it in this forum. does this family work in other projects, or on a different computer on the same network?
