Referring to the attached rendering, I'd like to get the clouds in the sky to show up on the reflecting ball. The clouds are Volume Fog in a Gizmo. Doesn't Volume Fog reflect?

It must be vampiric!
All kidding asside, what type of material are you using?
Vampiric it is! After all tis the season right?!
I'm using one of the Autodesk Glazing materials, Blue Reflective.
Now that's just weird. I checked everywhere that there might be a "check-box" to allow reflection of atmospherics (material, object settings, render settings, atmospheric settings, etc.), but not a thing!
I have to admit that MR is not something I use often, so I'll need to poke some people who are that may be able to figure this puzzle out. Stand by...
If you can check around a little that'd be great! I just have no idea why it wouldn't work.
I did my own investigation and its working fine on my end. Although I noticed a relative amount of deduction in the density on the reflection as compared to the original objects when I move the gizmo away from the reflecting object. Therefore, your gizmo might be just too far to the reflecting object that the reflection density is almost zero. I must admit, I don't know where to adjust or disable this diminishing density in reflection, I guess that's just how the way it is. Definitely not in the Glazing material, you might have a better luck in Arch and Design. I think the Autodesk materials are just presets of Arch and Design. They have more options to try.
In the Helpers category of the Create panel, choose Atmospheric Apparatus from the pop-up menu.
Click one of the buttons to choose a gizmo shape: SphereGizmo, CylGizmo, or BoxGizmo.
Drag the mouse in the viewport to create the gizmo.
You create Gizmos in much the same way as their matching geometry types. Drag the mouse to create the initial dimensions. The Sphere gizmo has an additional Hemisphere checkbox that turns the sphere into a hemisphere.
In addition, each gizmo has a Seed spinner and a New Seed button. Different seed values generate different patterns. Clicking the New Seed button randomly generates a new seed value for you.
