    Default Stage Storage

I am currently working on a pond. I need to get the stage storage grid and a hydrograph for my pond. I am using the Stage Storage Command under the Analyze Ribbon. I am not getting the proper volumes. Its like 100,000 meters off. I am clicking the Define Basin button and selecting the Surface. IT then copies all the contours, places them on top of my surface. I dont like that, but I can deal with that if the numbers are right. Am I using the wrong command? What am I doing wrong?

So what I have figured out, is that this extension does not do what I need. Does SSA do it? I need volumes every 1 meter and a stage storage curve. IF it does can someone lead me to some documentation so I can learn to use SSA for this purpose? FYI I am creating a dam and using the existing contours so there are various low points in my pond.

SSA does not do stage storage one of the Hydraflow tools does (I think) Hydrographs will.

Are you sure the pond is defined properly in the surface? Are your Ambient settings set correctly in the file?
Did you edit the surface in any way? I have had some strange issues after performing a smoothing operation.
Is your surface style exagerating the contours?

Yes its a defined surface, I think the ambient settings are correct. They are meters and everything is in Spanish....... I have pasted a surface into the surface, I also edited the flattened areas. No exaggeration.

Is there info on Hydraflow anywhere to teach me?

If you have 2012 it's built in and found on the analyze tab.

I would like to see that surface if possible...send me an XML version and I'll have a look at it in the morning.
Which will be nighttime for you, as I am currently on assignment in Qatar.

To use hydrograph you will need to extract the contours from the surface to use their data.
If you still get the wrong numbers, there is something wrong with the data.

That should let me have a look at it before I go into the office.
