    Question ACA 2013 Detail Component Manager has stopped working

    We upgraded to ACA 2013 from ACA 2012 about a few weeks ago on computers running Vista Business and all of the Netframe Work files are up to date. The Detail Component started out working just and then last week, the dialog box will open, but will not insert any objects. This happened with ACA 2012 as well. Any insight into this mystery would be greatly appreciated.

    Unfortunately, I have not been able to resolve the problem. We have been experincing other odd AutoCAD behaviors. I am suspecting that Windows Vista maybe the problem and neither Autodesk or Microsoft will no longer support Windows Vista.

    The service pack for ACA 2013 is out. It has fixed a large number of errors for our customers, hopefully it will resolve this issue for your too! http://usa.autodesk.com/getdoc/id=DL20556359
