export property data from x-reffed files

I have several floor plans of a building x-reffed in 1 drawing to extract the property data.
When I extract the data from the drawing with about 10 floors x-reffed in it, there are less objects (furniture) to be found, as when I make an extraction from the drawings itself.
Can't find anything different on the objects who are there in the list and those who are missing.
I have tagged the furniture to contain the roomnumber (space), and it works fine. Just not in the xreffed export.

How are you "exporting" the Property Data? Are you creating a Schedule Table? Are you using layer filters or classifications to limit the objects that are in the Schedule Table's selection set? Are you using identical filters/classifications in both the actual file and the file with the external references? Does the layer filters account for the fact that in the file with the external references, the layer names will have a prefix (filename|layername)?

Or are you exporting to a Microsoft Access Data Base?
