    Angry Attributes

I'm creating Dynamic blocks that are attributed. I've set the block up with the Alignment parameter, and it works great, but how do I lock the attributed text to 0 degrees?

Hi there! I'm going to move this post from the Customization forum to here in the Dynamic Blocks - Technical forum, as I believe it will be better served here.

    Cheers!

Post your block; it will be easier for others to help if they see what you have.

But to your query: I'm not sure you can since Actions cannot be connected with the Alignment Parameter. The only function of the Alignment Parameter is to align the entities with a line. (Pretty smart ain't I?)

It can be done that Attribs stay horizontal when using a Rotate Action but that is a little different.
Anyway - Post your block and lets take a look.

As been stated, the alignment command won't do what you are wanting it to do. But using the rotation parameter with linear move chained to it does work.

    See attached DWG.
