    Default batch PDF creation?

I am not a CAD manager, but this seemed the best place to start.
I will need to create a PDF of a set of 40 different dwg files once all the mark-ups are finished.
Is there away to create a PDF of a DWG without openning each dwg one by one?

    Thank you

PUBLISH command would do it - hopefully there is a named pagesetup already created in the drawings, if not make sure one is added as the markeups are being worked on.

    Good to know.
I "think" I am about finished with the last corrections and no the page setups have not been named. I will make sure there is a named setup next time.
    Thanks for the help.

If you have separate PDF's already created and simply want to combine them, I'd look at getting something like pdf exchange. Cheap and fast and does what you need it to.
If you're going to create them from Acad, be sure to look at the publish set-ups. You can create it as combined pdfs (multi-sheet) or individual sheets.

They need to be seperate pdf's,(not created yet).
I'm going to get into Publish and just see what happens with certain settings.
    Thanks

you only need the plot set up in the first file in the list, highlight all of the files, use the pull down arrow on the right of the plot set up, pick the one you want and it will use it for all the plots.
