Default Setting up tabs in ACAD MEP 2013 from BDS

I installed ACAD 2013 from our Building Design Suite, and it looks like it installs both ACAD and ACAD MEP. I typically create custom menus through MEP and then vanilla ACAD. I used my 2012 menus, which is probably my problem, but I needed a place to start.
I have the tabs and panels I want, but all of my AEC tools are non-functioning, whereas the MEP tools and my own tools work fine. It seems I need to add a path to the AEC tools, but I haven't a clue where to look. I installed in default locations in windows 7...
    Any help?

    Try here: C:\Users\(your name)\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\(your software version)\R19.1\enu\Support

This is for 2012, the R19.1 will be different depending on which version you are looking for. You will need to load the cuix file for whichever version you need.
