Description: Space tags should be able to reference parameter values from spaces and use them in formulae.
For visibilty the main use would be to control the display of elements in the tag based on values within the space. An example would be a graphical tag with different elements that are turned on/off based on the properties of a space. This would be used for scheme stage documentation, as well as graphical checking.
The need to include them in formulae as well as visibility is to do conditional checks against several parameters, resulting in a yes/no visibility setting.
