Using AC08, fade control set to 50. Anything on a locked layer will change colors when I pan. Anyone else experience this? Is it an Autocad issue or perhaps a video card issue? Thanks, Michael

Do the object properties actually change, or is it only the appearance? If just the appearance, does it go away when you regen?

Just the appearance. A regen does put them back to the original color but a subsequent pan will change them again.

video card/driver issue then. Presumably you are running WinXP?

correct. I'll see what I can find as far as updated drivers.

My driver was seriously out of date...
A new driver fixed the problem.
