Question Custom scales: making them part of the default list

I was wondering if there's a way to add a custom scale to the default list in Revit/RMEP 2012?

Many of the commercial scales used in our country are not part of the default list. We need a more efficient way to handle this, as changing scales manually can become time consuming and is prone to mistakes.

    Thanks.

While I'm not sure how to add a custom scale to a default list, scales are part of your view template set-ups. Create a view template in your template file, set-up default templates to default plan views. This way, when you start a new project you have some of those views already created. When you create a new view, apply the view template with the custom scale you want to the view.
