Contour Creation Problem

I'm trying to create 1m interval contours between the 5m contours. I showed the result on the simple sketch. what is the problem? how can i get more accurate results?

edit the surface (swap edges)

remember the contours are a result of your data, the better your data, the more accurate the contours will appear
and sometimes editing the triangulation is require, it is after all a Triangulated IRREGULAR Network, you may need to add order to it

Edit the surface using minimize flat areas. I would recommend checking swapping edges if it is not checked.
