Default How to convert a cloud points to a solid?

Hi Autocad experts, i need your help...
I have a XYZ cloud points in txt format. These points are describing the two surfaces of a 3D lens and both are asymmetrical. I would like import these points to Autocad, to make two surfaces and extrude one to another to create a solid. So, I would like suggestions about how to make this task. The file attached show what I've done so far. Thanks a lot!

Shoot, I knew there was a shape extraction tool out there somewhere... looks like it was taken out of Labs earlier this year...

I haven't heard where that functionality might be found yet... While point cloud functionality was enhanced a bit with 2013, shape recognition wasn't part of that.

An add-in from Kubit might be able to do this.
