Grouping clashes - crashing Navis 2013

Hi Guys

I have some NWF files I am now having Navisworks 2013 crashing when grouping clashes or moving a clash into a group using the drag and drop method.
I have been in correspondence with Autodesk about the problem, but I wanted to see if anyone else was coming across it?

The NWC files are being generated from Revit 2012 using the Navis 2013 export.
The crash can happen sometimes right after starting up the NWF file. I find it happening on some file and not others, with no real pattern behind it, and even within files it does not always happen.

I have had this issue happen to me yesterday actually with 2013 and also I have had it happen doing various other operations (mostly associated with running clash reports but some others as well) in previous versions of Navisworks (2009 to present). I have never really been able to find a solution to the problem through tech support or my IT Department.

Usually the IT guys will just delete my Navisworks profile and that seems to put a band-aid on it for the time being but always comes back eventually. I will be interested to see what other solutions come up for this as it has been an issue for me for awhile.

When i tried deleting the profile it did not seem to make any differance. Which files did you delete?

In Navis 2013 _all_ clash results groups default to expanded when starting Clash Detective. Also, there is no "collapse all" button available. Dragging and dropping a clash on a collapsed group will cause _all_ groups to expand. Navis 2013 Clash Detective has a lot of great feautures. The exploding folders prevents us from using any of them - hey is that a penguin on the telly?
