i have a sanitary pipe with many bends about 400' long. the field mark ups give me an invert at either end. the pipe was drawn with 1/8"=12" but now i need to show the exact condition. if it was a solid piece i could put the invert on each end but that is not an option here.

any suggestions?

Split it and add the individual exact inverts at each splice as it would be done in the field.
If that's possible.
