Move many Data Shortcuts at once

Here is problem I face frequently a large conceptual with site model with 30-50 intersections. I have to datashort all those alignments and profiles from the horizontal and vertical layout file into the corridor model file(s) depending on the site size. it take like 1/2 day to go 1 by 1 down the list. is there any way to add all shortcuts in a category at once? is there a LISP or is it even possible to write one that would go down the DREF list automatically?

on a related note because the 2D and 3D parts of an intersection are in seperate files I cannot use the corridor functions of the intersection wizard. and my site size are always too huge to have corridors in the same file as layout geometry. and I cannot DREF an intersection object. and I cannout just export/import landXML because the layout geometry needs to be dyanamically linked to that someone(s) can edit the layout while someone(s) else edits the corridor with the typical 25 design changes per a project.

I'm not sure I understand the first part of this question?
The title says move data shortcuts; the text sounds like you are actually creating them.

The last part I'm still thinking about.

THE FIRST PART: HOW TO SELECT ALL THE DATA SHORTCUTS YOU WISH TO REFERENCE INTO A DRAWING AT ONCE AND ADD THEM TO THE DRAWING AT ONCE INSTEAD OF ONE BY ONE

Best that I can tell there is no tool that currently exists to Create Reference to all data shortcuts.

HENCE THE NEED FOR A LISP FUNCTION WHICH RUNS THE "CREATE REFERENCE COMMAND" (WHATEVER THAT MAY BE SINCE IT IS NOT DOCUMENTED) IN A LOOP DOWN THE LIST OF SELECTED DATASHORTCUTS
