Navisworks 2013 Clash Group Collapse/Expand Issue

I am having an "inconvenience" with the Clash Detective in Navisworks 2013. I always like to group my clashes so the reports are not so convoluted with information. When I do this I typically end up with quite a few empty clash groups (not the issue) that I explode to get rid of. I like to have all my clash groups COLLAPSED to save some space and allow me to see more clashes in the window. However, it seems that in 2013 (did not happen in previous versions) when I do the explode or use the "filter by selection" button all of my previously COLLAPSED clash groups and now EXPANDED. Is there a way to keep this from happening?

i also have the same isseu with groups expanding after they have been colapsed. Itvis a bit enoying.
