    Default Viewports in paper space

I have a drawing where the view port 'box' in not showing up. I can click on the drawing and enter into model space while in paper space and a boundary line shows up. I can't click on this boundary, if I move my mouse cursor out of the model space area it shows me in paper space. When double click to get back to paper space the boundary area is gone. I can't set the scale for this area I can only zoom in or out and move around. Any ideas in how to get the view port box back on or delete it so I can create a new one?

Never mind. I figured it out.
