    Default mirroring voids

I am creating a mass model. I have made extruded forms using mass model in place. I want to chop off a piece of the mass symetrically about the centerline. I created one void and it worked perfectly. I then tried to mirror the void about the centerline and I got an error: "A serious error has occurred. Do you want to save....."

Is this a bug, or is mirroring a void not allowed?

    Default Re: mirroring voids

It could be. I have seen some issues with Mirror, and also with the Equal/Equal constraint, not working well in the conceptual design environment, as they do in the basic family editor. Try with Copy instead, or try model the void(s) in a different way, but not using Mirror.
