While sarcasm, etc. can certainly assert an alternative meaning to that which has been explicitly stated, I choose to believe that someone who has just gone through the process of registering an account here to make their first post is not doing so out of ill will, especially when all of the post is entirely self-referential.
In My Opinion (IMO), the post has simply been taken out of context... and not intentionally, of course.
I consider myself to be quite knowledgeable, but I've never met anyone who knew all there was to know. That's why I personally value forums like this, and others, that make available to me a great knowledge base, in addition to the helpful members themselves. I am often reminded of, or learn about commands that I may have never used as an alternative to coding a LISP, etc..
