This likely isn't an AutoCAD issue, it's likely that your newly installed printer drivers don't have that sheet size setup. Go into the Windows printer setup and check the properties of your printer for its sheet sizes.
I also have an issue similar to this. In my windows device manager i have set up a sheet that is 36"x24". in my autocad and revit print setups and screens it shows that setting but doesnt preview the 36x24 but a 24x36. when i print preview it shows a correct print, when i print it is cutting off half the sheet. if i print it in portrait it prints it the other direction and cuts off the bottom half. i am having difficulty getting this set up. My pdf printings are off and unscaled as well unless i change the zoom to 100% which ends up cutting parts of my sheet off.
Always configure a pdf file to plot in portrait mode - rotate 90 degrees if necessary.
Adobe (the company) has an an-inbuilt (unconscious? ) assumption that all documents are this way.
