    Post What is a curb plan ?

    A toooooo basic question,
    but I have no idea about this as I work in non-english country.I have to read several drawings entitled as curb plan XXX
    I googled but found nothing as well.

    anyone would kindly explain this term for me ?

    the view range and the cutting plan?

    In civil dwgs it may be the curb of the road/streets. The part that goes from the edge of the pavement to the sidewalk including the storm drains/gutters. Also used with parking lots and the location of the islands in the parking lots.

    That's in American english. It British english it would become "... from the edge of the roadway to the pavement including ...".

    I don't know which will be more helpful.

    Maybe it's a translation issue - In American English, we'd typically call something like that the "horizontal control plan". But whatever word is used where you're at may be translated to "curb".
