Autocad map 3d 2012 - Global mtext paragraph spacing ?

Is there a way to globally change mtext paragraph spacing....change properties won't do it...wondering if someone has come up with a lisp routine or another way to make it happen

Not really seeing this is an vanilla feature and not a Map3D feature. The forum you linked to has nothing to do with mtext settings, but more on the annotation "blocks" and labels for features from a database connection.
